Prescriptive Authority means that if you are on a chronic medication and are out of refills, the pharmacists at Stonebridge Pharmacy can prescribe one month for you so that you don’t have to go without those medications that can be so crucial to your health. We can do this for most medications, but it’s important to note that there are some medications and situations that don’t allow us to do prescriptive authority for you. Prescriptive authority can also be done when you have forgotten your prescription somewhere else, or you didn’t have a chance to pick it up at a different pharmacy before they closed.
